Rapture first then the antichrist is revealed
2 Thessalonians 2:1
2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, KJV
Break this sentence down, into two parts.
First part: By the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ
Next
second part: and by our gathering together unto him.
First, the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, see this as the return of Jesus at the end of the tribulation, as this is what the Thessalonians were asking about.
Note, Paul is answering to a previous question, and that was the Day of Christ at hand.
2 Thessalonians 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. KJV
Again, next, and by our gathering together unto him, now read this as the rapture. Gathering together.
What was it the Thessalonians were asking about? Answer, the coming of Jesus or His return, not the time of the rapture.
Conclusion: The antichrist is revealed after the rapture. The Church won’t be around when God removes Israel’s surrounding enemies only makes sense.
