I have been saying for as long back as a year ago that Israel has been warning Syria to detach itself from Iran or expect retaliation from Israel. That didn't stop Syria back then and as Bashar al-Assad, the leader of Syria, learned the hard way that Israel was serious. In a skirmish back then, Israel launched a military campaign against several of Iran's assets in Syria. Syria used its missile defense system to fire at Israel fighter jets during this mission. Israel turned around, came back and took out several of their Defensive missile sites, one after another to the total amazement of Syria. You would have thought that Assad would have learned his lesson. But now we see, lesson not learned. Israel is directly threatening the Syrian president with bombing his palaces if he does not cease or reduce military Corporation with Iran within his territory.
In a letter sent from a senior source that Israel sent a message to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, warning him against continuing to cover up Iran's operations in his country and the transfer of quality weapons to Syria, and informed him that one of his palaces would be a target in the next raid carried out by Israeli fighters in Syria.”
Up forward aggression coming out of Syria.
(See Damascus International Airport bombing)
Israel in the past has made it very clear to the Syrian people that his argument is not against the Syrians. But any forward military aggression coming from Syria towards Israel will be met with military force.
Can we see this in scripture?
Important! Through bible prophecy I can see where this begins to answer the question given to me so very often. It's not a for-sure as in concrete certainty, but it is possible that the prophecy of Isaiah, in Isaiah 17 could be at the forefront. Is the prophecy of Isaiah coming true? The answer? Very possible.
Along with my several other recent articles hopefully you can begin to see what I'm seeing. This is only but another situation of aggression towards Israel that will have to be confronted sooner than later. Things are heating up.
Damascus will cease to exist overnight, a prophecy not fulfilled-yet.
Isaiah 17:1 along with verse 14.
17:1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.
14 And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.
