Gallant, Israel warns chances of major escalation, high. Lebanon’s Hezbollah terror group was “close to making a mistake” that could spark a regional war, while warning that the conflict between Israel and Iran was becoming increasingly direct.

As Hassan Nasrallah is concerned, a recent flare-up on the Israel-Lebanon border may not be over.

Nasrallah, is now starting to believe the balance of power can be tested.

Hezbollah shows of readiness.

Lebanese terror group Hezbollah put on a show of force Sunday, extending a rare media invitation to one of its training sites in southern Lebanon, where its forces staged a simulated military exercise.

Masked fighters jumped through flaming hoops, fired from the backs of motorcycles, and blew up Israeli flags posted in the hills above a barrier near the border between Lebanon and Israel.

Senior Hezbollah official said in a speech Sunday that the exercise was meant to confirm our complete readiness to confront any aggression by Israel.

It’s understood the one-month war between Israel and Lebanon, “Hezbollah” in 2006 has never been finished.

Hezbollah’s “symbolic show of strength” on Sunday appeared to be in response to the recent escalation in Gaza. He said it could also be a response to Thursday’s annual Flag March in Jerusalem by thousands of Israelis.

The exercise came ahead of “Liberation Day,” the annual celebration of the withdrawal of Israeli forces from south Lebanon on May 25, 2000.

Hezbollah and Gaza’s terrorists Hamas, have new founding ties siting the two will fight the next war together.

Earlier, Defense Minister, Gallant revealed in a conference that Iran is converting merchant ships into military vessels armed with drones, missile systems, and advanced tools for intelligence gathering. Israel will be monitoring their activity.
