Can Israel's want to normalize with Saudi Arabia be seen as a need for Israel's peace and safety after the Psalm 83 war?

I have noticed,
U.S Secretary of State Anthony Blinken is slated to visit Jerusalem in the coming weeks. Blinken is not only going to be visiting Israel and the Palestinian Authority but apparently Saudi Arabia also, and this within the next two weeks' time in an attempt of Washington's wider efforts is to advance normalization between Jerusalem and Riyadh.
A steady process of speeding up of the advancement of normalization process.

Can all of this talk of normalization be part of the covenant as spoken of by Daniel as in Daniel 9:27?
What’s in the covenant?
Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week, he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
After all isn’t this “normalization” all about, Peace and Safety.
1 Thessalonians 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety.
then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
When the war of Psalm 83 happens wouldn’t this alliance be important to Israel?
What is the real obstacle in the way of Israel moving forward with this normalization? Or (Peace and Safety). Obstacle? Palestinians.
Is it possible that God would step in and clear the way for a covenant to help steady Israel in the Middle East?
Are we weeks away from God coming out of His place?

What is it that we are witnessing today?
